Who We Are

LLA Drones PNG is a Papua New Guinea registered company established to support the national coordination of drone technology across key development sectors. We operate with a deep understanding of PNG’s logistical challenges and Government structures, ensuring drone deployment is not just innovative — but practical, compliant, and locally aligned.

We are owned and operated by LLA Properties Australia Pty Ltd, with all PNG-side leadership and project oversight managed by our in-country directors. Our company model prioritises Government engagement, structured sector rollout, and long-term scalability over short-term exposure or promotional activity.

To help Papua New Guinea build a safe, strategic, and Government-aligned drone coordination framework that strengthens public service delivery, improves rural access, and accelerates national development.

Our mission is to support PNG in integrating drone technology in a way that is coordinated, nationally regulated, and beneficial to all stakeholders — from departments and district offices to logistics planners, agencies, and rural communities.

We focus on:

• Strategic guidance for sector-by-sector drone integration

• Ensuring all activity aligns with national priorities such as MTDP IV and Vision 2050

• Supporting civil aviation and regulatory compliance

• Providing rollout models that fit PNG’s geography and delivery challenges

What We Do

LLA Drones PNG works directly with Government departments, district representatives, and strategic partners to:

• Present practical, cost-effective aerial solutions that serve PNG communities and development goals

Why We Exist

Papua New Guinea presents one of the most logistically complex environments in the region. Drones offer a chance to solve long-standing access, monitoring, and delivery challenges — but only if integrated through the right structure.

LLA Drones PNG exists to ensure drone technology is introduced in PNG through a responsible, Government-facing, and nationally coherent model. We are not operators or service advertisers. We are coordinators, planners, and strategic facilitators working for the benefit of PNG.
