LLA Drones Technology PNG Limited is a registered Papua New Guinean company developing commercial drone services for Government needs at national, provincial and district levels.
We focus on practical applications across logistics, healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture, emergency response and security, supported by training and local skills development.
LLA leads Government engagement, project development and commercial arrangements. We bring together specialist technical and operational providers to build services around each agency’s requirements.
Our approach accounts for PNG’s terrain, transport access and connectivity, alongside the equipment, people and ongoing support needed for reliable operations.
Project delivery is subject to the necessary agreements, funding and regulatory approvals.

Our services under development cover four core areas, with each project tailored to its purpose and operating conditions.
Remote Delivery and Logistics
Drone delivery solutions for medical supplies, essential goods, education resources and emergency materials. These services are designed to help agencies reach communities where conventional transport is difficult, slow or disrupted.
Mapping, Inspection and Monitoring
Aerial surveying, mapping and inspection solutions for infrastructure, agriculture, mining and environmental management. Applications include assessing roads and utilities, monitoring crops and forests, and tracking construction progress to support planning and maintenance decisions.
Emergency Response, Police and Security Support
Drone capabilities for disaster assessment, search and rescue, authorised police operations, surveillance, border monitoring and maritime support. Projects are developed around agency requirements, clear oversight and responsible handling of imagery and operational information.
Training, Operations and Technical Support
Pilot and operator training, operational planning, maintenance training and technical support through specialist providers. We focus on developing the local skills, procedures and support arrangements needed to sustain drone services in Papua New Guinea.
